Introduction
My name is Dorran, and I manage structured processes that support the operations of En Route Driving Ltd.
These processes are used to work with website templates, convert templates into websites, connect websites to analytics dashboards, and link contact forms to the CRM. Each process follows clearly documented steps designed to achieve a specific outcome.
While completing these steps, I also identify anything unclear, missing, or inefficient so the process can be improved.
To support this work, I created a small opportunity for qualified Virtual Assistants who have spare time and would like to earn additional income. This is a structured role focused on following instructions, completing tasks, and helping refine the processes.
To begin, review the website content carefully. This will explain what you will be expected to do when assigned a project and prepare you for the prerequisite multiple-choice questions.
If you pass, you will be added to the system and assigned a micro-project. Applications that do not meet the qualification requirements listed on the job site will not be considered.

What This Opportunity Is
This is a short, paid micro-project with the potential to develop into an ongoing earning opportunity.
Each micro-project involves following a documented task to complete the required process or processes. The purpose is to confirm that the instructions are clear, the order of steps are logical, and the intended result can be achieved without additional explanation.
If you are truly interested in this role, read the full content on this website and complete the multiple-choice assessment to be considered for the next available micro-project.
You will be given a micro-project to complete, along with a written guide that outlines the steps in order.
Your responsibility is to follow the steps carefully, complete the task, and record anything that causes confusion, slows progress, or prevents completion of the micro-project within the agreed time.
For any step that is missing or cannot be completed as described, you are expected to record the issue and suggest a solution. This must be recorded using our online Process Log and Issue Report.
If no issues are encountered, you must still complete the Process Log by marking each step as ‘Completed (No Issue)’, complete the End Notes section by highlighting any steps that slowed you down, required judgement, or could be improved, and then submit the form. The Issue Log section is only required if an issue occurs.

How the Micro-Project Works
Each micro-project follows a clear structure:
1. You are given access to our work environment
2. You follow the processes by completing the documented steps in order1.
3. You complete the required micro-project
4. You record any issues by completing the online Process Log and Issue Report
If you encounter a step that cannot be completed:
a) Record Step
b) Select the appropriate Status on the form
c) Record what the issue was
d) Record what you did
e) Confirm whether it worked
f) Document the actions taken to continue
This ensures both the process and the outcome can be properly evaluated.
#4
Payment Terms and Condition
Each micro-project is offered as a fixed-fee task.
The payment is based on:
• the estimated time required to complete the micro-project
• the level of detail involved in the process
For example:
• a micro-project may be estimated to take 20 hours
• the fixed fee will reflect this estimate
Before starting, you will have the opportunity to review the micro-project and its Initial Estimated Time.
If you believe this time is not sufficient, do not start the micro-project. You may request additional time and provide clear reasons based on the scope of work.
If no changes are requested and the micro-project is completed in less time than the Initial Estimated Time, payment will still be based on the full Initial Estimated Time.
If you request additional time and a revised time is agreed, this becomes the maximum allowed time to complete the micro-project.
However, payment will be based on the actual time taken, up to this approved limit. Time taken beyond the approved time will not be paid.
If the micro-project is completed in less time than your requested time, payment will be based on the actual time taken. Overestimation will not be paid.
You are expected to manage your Work Session efficiently and complete the micro-project within the agreed time without unnecessary delays.
Payment is provided upon completion of:
• the required task outcome
• the completed Process Log and Issue Report
